Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Meow Paradise! We appreciate your business and are dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.


Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to US territories.


Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders require 2 to 5 business days to process, pack, and prepare for shipment, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping Schedule: We ship packages Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on the same day they are placed.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times range between 7 and 14 business days.

Please Note: A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your package dispatches. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if an express shipping upgrade is selected.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. To maintain fast turnaround times, our team begins processing orders very quickly, leaving a minimal window to modify or cancel an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@meowparadisestore.com. While we will make every effort to update your address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

In the event that an order has already shipped to an incorrect address, we must wait to see if the package is returned to our warehouse. Once received back, we will gladly either reship the item to your correct address or issue a full refund.
