Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase at Meow Paradise! We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping & Fees

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. Returned items must be shipped back at the customer's expense. Additionally, a 2% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing costs.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please remember that items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
